●1990s, Mr. Liu Zaiwang dropped out of university to start his own business. 1997, he won the bid of Curtain Wall Project of Jilin Traffic Building, which signifies his exploration in curtain wall industry.
● February 1999, establish Beijing Jangho Curtain Wall Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd.
●April 2007, Beijing Jangho Curtain Wall Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. was restructured and changed into Beijing Jangho Curtain Wall Co., Ltd.
Collaborative Development Stage
● August 18, 2011, Jangho Curtain Wall was listed in SSE A-share mainboard, entering capital market successfully.
● June 2012, Jangho Curtain Wall acquired the world's top interior decoration enterprise - Hong Kong Sundart Group Co., Ltd., which symbolizes its exploration in interior decoration industry on the basis of curtain wall industry.
● January 2013, Jangho Curtain Wall acquired the first brand in North China – Beijing Gangyuan Building Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd.
● May 2013, Beijing Jangho Curtain Wall Co., Ltd. was renamed as Jangho Group Co., Ltd.
● February 2014, Jangho Group acquired the world’s architecture and interior design company – Hong Kong Steve Leung Design Group Ltd., to start exploring interior design industry.
● September 2014, Beijing Gangyuan Curtain Wall Co., Ltd. was established after split from Gangyuan Decoration.
Development Stage of Double Main Industry and Diversification
● July 2015, Jangho Group merged and acquired Australia's largest chain eye hospital - Vision Eye Institute Limited through offer, to start exploring medical health industry.
● December 2015, the split Sundart Group was listed on HKEX mainboard, making Jangho a multinational corporation with A-share and B-share domestic and overseas capital platforms.
● November 2016, Jangho Group merged and acquired Nanjing Zeming Hospital Management Co., Ltd. (renamed as Jangho Zeming later), formally beginning the localized development of ophthalmology business of Australia's Vision in China.
● July 2018, Hong Kong Steve Leung Design Group Ltd. was listed on HKEX mainboard.
● July 2017, establish Beijing Jangho Intelligent Photovoltaic Building Co., Ltd., to start exploring BIPV business in accordance with the goal of peak carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality.
