Recently, the Thai curtain wall company KAMA successfully secured the Bangkok BMSL Project, a landmark development in CBD with a façade area of 62,000㎡. Behind this achievement lies the strong support of JANGHO Curtain Wall — a true “power assist” in every sense.

Guided by three strategies — “Platformization, Systemization, and Branding” — JANGHO Curtain Wall provided KAMA with professional curtain wall system design and key material supply, empowering the local partner through “remote support” to win this high-end landmark project.

Over the past year, from Brisbane to Tel Aviv, Ulaanbaatar to Bangkok, a series of successful collaborations following the same model have marked a major shift in JANGHO’s global expansion strategy. While maintaining a strong presence in traditional markets through EPC model, we are now expanding into emerging markets with a platformization business model, forming a dual-track growth strategy.

Under this platformization model, JANGHO focuses on its core strengths in design, technology, supply chain, and intelligent manufacturing — acting as a global integrator of resources. Local partners leverage these advantages while leading the final on-site delivery, achieving complementary advantages and win-win cooperation..

By replacing competition with collaboration, and monopoly with empowerment, JANGHO’s model does not enter local markets of partners with dominance, instead, it enhances partners’ competitiveness, building an open and symbiotic business ecosystem. This is not just a business innovation — it redefines the spirit of globalization: growing together with partners to shape a sustainable, cooperative future.

So, how did JANGHO Curtain Wall become KAMA’s “divine teammate” and help secure this key project?

The answer lies in over 20 years of experience — a database of more than 1,000 landmark projects, leading R&D capabilities, mature products, and a robust supply chain foundation.

  • Platformization Empowerment: Integrating Global Resources to Address Local Challenges

In this collaboration, JANGHO served as a “resource integration platform”. Through this platform, KAMA accessed JANGHO’s global supply chain and landmark project database. JANGHO handled complex system design and core material supply, while KAMA focused on local installation, effectively solving technical and supply chain bottlenecks and laying the foundation for its successful bid.

  • Technical Empowerment: Overcoming Engineering Challenges and Expanding the Boundaries of Capabilities

The BMSL project posed challenges far beyond ordinary commercial buildings — multiple steep façade slopes, high wind loads near the Chao Phraya River, and unsupported glass rib structures. Drawing on experience from tropical-region projects such as Dubai’s Cayan Tower and Singapore’s Marina Bay Sands, JANGHO optimized corner details, slope sealing structures, and overcame the problem of flexible glass rib connections by matching the anti-wind pressure parameters through the simulation of the typhoon environment. These tailored solutions expanded KAMA’s technical boundaries and became its core bidding advantage.

  • Systemization Empowerment: Standardized Systems, Accelerated Efficiency

JANGHO has established a systematic and standardized product portfolio, covering unitized curtain walls, stick curtain walls, and window wall systems — certified under GB, ASTM/AAMA, EN, and AS/NZS. These possesses a high degree of customized adaptability. KAMA was able to directly apply these mature systems, only adapting them to Thai TISI codes, significantly reducing design and bidding time.

  • Brand Empowerment: Building Trust and Competitive Edge

Backed by the reputation of “the world’s leading curtain wall brand” and a track record of over 1,000 landmark projects, JANGHO provided KAMA with a powerful trust endorsement — “reliable technology and assured quality”. This effectively addressed KAMA’s lack of experience in high-end mixed-use projects, turning brand credibility into real competitive advantage during the bidding process.

  • Dual-Track Strategy: Engineering + Platform Synergy Unlocks Global Value

The cooperation with KAMA once again demonstrates JANGHO’s strategic flexibility — leveraging full-chain engineering capabilities while expanding new frontiers through three strategies. This dual-track model, combining engineering excellence and platform empowerment, has proven highly competitive in global markets: EPC model continue steady growth in Asia-Pacific, Middle East, etc. regions, while the platform business rapidly expands into Thailand, Vietnam, Europe, US, Australia, Japan, and South Korea, etc, regions.

JANGHO’s Strategy is propelling China’s curtain wall industry from scale expansion to value creation, offering a new pathway for the globalization of Chinese manufacturing through technological export and industrial empowerment.

Looking ahead, with flagship projects such as Saudi Arabia’s Jeddah Tower and Dubai’s Sharjah International Airport underway, JANGHO Curtain Wall will continue to strengthen its “engineering-driven, platform-supported” business, enabling its empowerment-based globalization model to take root and flourish across more regions worldwide.
