Steve Leung Design Group Limited Subordinated to Jangho Group Successfully Listed on SEHK Main Board

Steve Leung Design Group Limited subordinated to Jangho Group (hereinafter referred to as “SLD Group”; stock code: 02262) officially landed at the main board of Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (SEHK) in July 5th, 2018 and its share price surged 28.41% after opening at that day. SLD Group is the second subsidiary of Jangho Group and the first Hong Kong pure interior design company listed on the main board of SEHK after Sundart Holdings Limited in 2015.
SLD Group offered totally 285 million shares (exclusive of shares after the exercise of over-allotment option) the total stock issue 1.14 billion and the market value over 1.2 billion HK$ as of press time. Founded in 1997 and headquartering in Hong Kong, SLD Group is an internationally renowned and award-winning provider of indoor design services. It is recognized as the No. 1 interior design firm in the “Residential Category” for three consecutive years from 2016-2018, top second and 21st interior design firm in the Asia and global rankings in 2018 on the “Top 100 Giants Research” issued by the Interior Design Magazine of the United States.
The carved-out SLD Group from Jangho Group is the third pure design company listed in Hong Kong, ranking after the Jangho Group listed on the main board of A Share Market in 2011 and the carved-out Sundart Holdings Limited from Jangho Group being listed as a red-chip company in 2015. Such a listing fully reflects the acute and unique strategic vision as well as powerful and efficient capital operating capability of Jangho Group; it also provides a stable and long-term financing channel for the sustainable development of Jangho Group, a big favor for the merger & acquisition and quick expansion of Jangho and for the global business development of SLD Group.
