Integration and Innovation in a New Era — Review on Highlights of 2018 Annual Meeting of Jangho Group

On February 11, 2018, 2017 Meeting of Summary and Commendation & 2018 Conference of Deployment and Mobilization of Jangho Group was held at the Beijing Yanqi Lake International Convention & Exhibition Center. Nearly 10,000 employees from the group headquarters and business units, namely, Jangho Curtain Wall, Sundart, Gangyuan Decoration, Gangyuan Curtain Wall, SLD, Vision and Nanjing Zeming, joined their colleagues in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Wuhan and Chengdu in the gathering. Relevant leaders and employees from Jangho Group’s sister companies, including Jangho Property, CCE and Nengyun Data, were also invited to attend the gala. At the conference, we reviewed the remarkable achievements in the fields of business operation, health care, capital operation, emerging business, management transformation and technology innovation in the past year, and ushered in a new era for the development of Jangho Group under the annual theme of “Integration & Innovation”.
This event consisted of three sections, namely “Gathering of Jangho Heroes”, “Commendation of Jangho Employees” and “Starting of New Era”. These sections were linked up in an ingenious manner, and each one was made up of colorful activities.
 In the “Gathering of Jangho Heroes ”, CEO Xu Xingli delivered the 2017 annual report of work, which summarized the remarkable achievements Jangho Group scored in the past year and put forward the work concept and targets for 2018. According to Mr. Xu, all the employees of Jangho Group should stay committed to the operation philosophy of being professional and focused, keep with their key businesses and core objectives and adhere to integration and innovation, should promote the integration of management, resources and cultures among different businesses and stay inclusive and progressive, should actively pursue innovation in terms of business model, production and management method, and should keep up with the times, pursue self-improvement and catch up with the rapid development of the Group. Afterwards, heads of all business units made their respective New Year remarks, summarizing their work in 2017 and putting forward a work plan for the new year.
 In the “Commendation of Jangho Employees”, advanced individuals and teams from all business units received commendation. Jangho Group’s remarkable achievements are not possible without the unremitting hard work of all the employees of Jangho Group. Jangho Group’s rapid development is not possible without the talent and wisdom of all the employees of Jangho Group. Jangho Group’s future depends on the great ambitions of all the employees of Jangho Group. It is due to the concerted efforts of all the employees represented by these role models that Jangho Group could have scored such remarkable achievements in 2017.In the “Starting of New Era”, Jangho employees shared their understanding of integration and innovation in a unique and lovely way, and expressed their expectations for a new journey and their resolve to strive for their dreams. Afterwards, Chairman Liu Zaiwang delivered a speech which fully showed his passion, foresight and ambition. Chairman Liu spoke highly of the achievements of the Group and all its business units obtained in the past year, and extended a warm welcome and expressed his high expectations for CCE, which joined the big family of Jangho Group recently, and Nengyun Data, which was established recently. He urged all business units to follow the guidance of innovative development, integrated development, professionalism and focus, strive to become the winner, realize the value of championship, stay progressive and embrace a more promising future in 2018.
At the end of the conference, Chairman Liu Zaiwang, CEO Xu Xingli and the team of core executives ushered the 2018 annual theme of “Integration and Innovation”, a sign of Jangho Group marching towards a new era for development.
Following the conference, the 2018 Banquet of Jangho Group was held in Beijing and other four venues, where all employees shared the joy of harvest and the happiness for New Year.
