Curtain Wall Engineering of Xintong Finance Building

Xintong Finance Building, which lies in the west of Baoxing Road and north of Haixiu Road in Baoan Disctrict, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, is invested by Shenzhen Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. The building is designed with a peculiar shape and a sense of art by Beijing Institute of Architectural Design Co., Ltd. The curtain wall subproject undertaken by Jangho involves a tower building (162m) and a podium building (24.3m) with total curtain wall area of approximately 72 thousand square meters. To highlight the unique style of the building and ensure its exquisite appearance, we integrate the most advanced design concept and construction technology and adopt multiple curtain wall systems including unitized curtain wall, framed glass curtain wall, aluminum sheet curtain wall, point supported glass curtain wall, cable glass curtain wall and full glass curtain wall.

Curtain Wall Engineering of Hony Building

The Project is invested by Shenzhen Hony Hengsheng Real Estate Co., Ltd. and divided into two phases, i.e. Phase I (office building, 146m) and Phase II (complex building, 120m), with total curtain wall area up to 48 thousand square meters. According to the Owner’s requirements, we achieve a perfect conjunction of semi-unitized curtain wall system, dry-hang stone system, unitized glass curtain wall system and unitized stone curtain wall system to fully display a high-end and elegant appearance of the building.

Tung Chung Hotel is to make a brilliant appearance in Hong Kong, the “Pearl of the Orient”. The hotel is invested by Brand Rise Limited and designed by Dennis Lau & Ng ChunMan Architects & Engineers (HK) Limited, with a height of 71.6m and total curtain wall area of about 32 thousand square meters. Our design team skillfully uses stone, glass and other materials and achieves a perfect conjunction of unitized and framed curtain wall systems to give the building a tri-dimensional and gorgeous look.
