Again, Jangho Triumphs in a Project worth over 100 million RMB

Several days ago, Jangho Curtain Wall announced that it won the bidding of the project of Shenzhen Bojin Business Plaza with the contract amount in excess of 100 million RMB. When completed, it will be used as a high-rise complex integrated with industrial R&D, advanced office, commercial center, entertainment and other functions.

 

With total land area 13,700m² and 226,800 m² for construction area, Bojin Business Plaza, located in Futian District, Shenzhen city, 249.9m high, was invested by Shenzhen Da Hanwang Properties Co., Ltd. Unitized curtain wall, stick curtain wall and full glass curtain wall will be the main curtain wall types for the plaza, among which the full glass curtain wall will be largely adopted in office tower for it could transmit sound natural light and it could make the average indoor daylight factor greater than 3.3 % through simulation analysis, which helps to reduce lighting energy consumption, creating comfortable green office environment.
