Vision Eye Institute Limited (hereinafter referred to as Vision), founded in 2001 and acquired by Jangho Group Company Limited in 2015 (hereinafter referred to as Jangho), is the largest Australian eye hospital provider, playing a leading role in global chain eye care service institutes with a distinguished medical brand. With world first-class quality and risk management systems, Vision has 14 professional eye chain clinics, 9 advanced day surgery hospitals and 6 laser eye surgery centers in Australia. As long ago as 1991, the ophthalmologists of Vision acted as the pioneers in the field of Australian vision correction surgeries, and in 2011, successfully performed the first case of laser cataract surgery in the southern hemisphere, leading the way for the technology in Austral. In 2004, Vision listed on the ASX with stock code VGH, later changed to VEI, and in 2015, Jangho fully acquired Vision who, nowadays, is a vanguard accompanying with Jangho’s march into the health care field. Vision delisted from the ASX on December 15, 2015.
