Following the ictus of the innovation development era, Jangho Group has developed with tremendous strength, and is now greeting the new year of 2016.
Great joy and happiness comes with the New Year and Jangho annual meeting. On February 3rd, over 10,000 people from Group Headquarter, Jangho Curtain Wall, Sundart, Gangyuan Architectural Decoration, Gangyun Curtain Wall, Steve Leung Designers, Vision Eye Institute and Jangho Real Estate joined the Jangho Group 2015 Summary & Commendation Meeting and 2016 deployment & mobilization meeting, to celebrate the 2016 New Year Festival, inspire the company spirit and mobilize to create a fabulous tomorrow.

Jangho Group Chairman Mr. Liu Zaiwang and President Mr. Xu Xingli attended the annual meeting together with other senior management from subsidiary companies, including Sundart CEO Mr. Wu Dekun, SLD Chairman Mr. Steve Leung, Jangho Group CEO & Jangho Curtain Wall Chairman Mr. Zhou Hanping, Gangyuan Architectural Decoration Chairman & Gangyuan Curtain Wall Chairman Mr. Gao Yun, Sundart President Mr. Wang Qifeng, Jangho Real Estate Mr. Zhu Rui, etc. As the “spearhead” of Jangho Group entering the medical treatment & health industry, Vision sent congratulation videos from Australia, to extend New Year greetings and wish the annual meeting a great success. The meeting was bilingually hosted and was live in both Chinese and English channels, and it was carried out at the same time in two ways which are domestic video interactions among Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Wuhan & Chengdu and online video watching at oversea places.

The meeting reviewed Jangho Group’s achievements in management reform, industry development and capital operation of the past year, and then officially announced to start a new era of integration of industry and finance, dual-core driving and intensive management.
The meeting had four wonderful and integrated chapters which are “review of Jangho road”, “fabulous Jangho people”, “forum of Jangho spirit”, “implementation of Jangho dream”.
Chapter one “review of Jangho road”, Group and subsidiary companies leaders respectively presented annual work report. Jangho Group President Mr. Xu Xingli presented the group annual report.

In 2015, on the aspect of development strategy, Jangho started its own medical treatment & health industry, and preliminarily completed the strategy transition of “diversity & double main-business”; on the aspect of operation management, Jangho stuck to the method of “focusing on benefit, driven by internal marketization, and market-oriented”, and basically completed the operation target of “stable business scale, further improved profitability and operating efficiency; on the aspect of capital operation, completed the merger of Vision (the largest provider of ophthalmic care in Australia), the spin-off listing of Sundart and other goals, help promote the Group strategy implementation and industry development. In 2016, Jangho shall follow the “diversity & double main-business” strategy, and President Mr. Xu Xingli added: on the aspect of medical treatment & health industry, Jangho shall seek breakthrough by means of strategy and capital operation to be used as the pushing hand, and shall increase merger activities with the help of capital platform and financing means at home and abroad, in order to become bigger and stronger ASAP and to realize the paralleled development of double main-business; on the aspect of building decoration industry, Jangho shall stick to the goal of “improving benefit & efficiency” and the basic working policy of “better staff & simpler administration, and intensive management”, and shall promote comprehensively management reform and transition, pulling off the “three transitions” (from “extended development” to “intension development”, from “extensive operation” to “intensive management” and from “scale-type growth” to “benefit-oriented growth”) and striving to improve company’s profitability and operation quality while keeping the company’s stable growth. Besides, the subsidiary companies respectively presented splendid annual reports and set forth 2016 work arrangement, including Jangho Curtain Wall, Sundart Group, Beijing Sundart, Gangyuan Architectural Decoration, Gangyuan Curtain Wall, SLD, etc. Jangho Real Estate shared the good news that the initial sale of ID City was one of the best in Beijing. In 2016, all subsidiary companies shall carry out the “diversity & double main-business” development idea, and create greater glories.
  
Chapter two“fabulous Jangho people”, the meeting commended outstanding staff and teams in 2015 from Group and subsidiary companies, prizes were awarded at the same time in Guangzhou, Shanghai, Wuhan, Chengdu and Beijing, real-time interactions were carried out in the background of excited music. Jangho Group Chairman Mr. Liu Zaiwang personally awarded the “company loyalty prize”, honoring the “old soldiers” working in Jangho Curtain Wall for over 15 years for their ardent loyalty and longtime devotion; Jangho shall always remember those most beautiful Jangho people for their longtime contribution and meritorious service. During the prize-giving step, the meeting played the “Social Care of Jangho” video, displaying Jangho’s achievements in public benefit and employee care in the past year.  

Chapter three “forum of Jangho spirit”, the meeting continued to use the method of senior management high-end forum to carry out deep analysis of “double main-business & intensive management”, unifying the staff’s ideas effectively.

 Jangho Group President Mr. Xu Xingli hosted the forum; Mr. Gao Yun, Mr. Wang Qifeng, Mr. Zhu Rui, Mr. Xiao Wenxi and Mr. Fu Jianping joined and respectively presented in-depth exploration and analysis regarding the topic based on the actual situation of Gangyuan Architectural Decoration, Gangyuan Curtain Wall, Beijing Sundart, Jangho Real Estate, SLD, Jangho Curtain Wall, etc. The forum explained the connotation and extension of “double main-business & intensive management”: promote joint development of building decoration industry and medical care & health industry, keep the building decoration industry as development foundation and medical care & health industry as powerful safeguard, carry out intensive management and intension development, and create a greater success of Jangho Group.   

Jangho Group presented great ambition and glorious development milestone. The most important chapter of “implementation of Jangho dream” came after a holographic video of “What Chairman Liu Said”. Jangho Group Chairman Mr. Liu Zaiwang made an important speech and new year work deployment; Mr. Liu highly affirmed and praised the hard work of all staff, and expressed congratulations to all subsidiary companies for their outstanding achievements in 2015.

It was a turning point in Jangho’s development history in 2015: after 17 years’ development in the building industry, Jangho officially set foot in the medical care & health industry, starting the journey of “double main-business & diversity”; Jangho completed spin-off listing of its subsidiary company Sundart in Hong Kong, becoming the first domestic listing company to form spin-off listing of its subsidiary company as red chips listed company in Hong Kong; Jangho Real Estate shared the good news that the initial sale of ID City was one of the best in Beijing. All subsidiary companies shall build a powerful combination, the interior decoration, the exterior decoration and the design company shall create coordinated development. Now Jangho became a large-scale transnational group of “double main-business & diversity”, forming a developing pattern of “double-core”, “double-driver” and “double-wing”: “double-core” indicated double main-business development of building decoration industry and medical care & health industry; “double-driver” indicated the double wheel driving of industrial management and capital operation; “double-wing” indicated the take-off development opportunities provided by the Fund Company and Jangho Real Estate. As for the task in 2016, Chairman Liu made the following requirements: continue to carry out “internal marketization” management mechanism, to release the staff vitality; implement the policy of intensive management vigorously, maintain better staff & simpler administration, conduct resource integration and optimize work process, to improve efficiency and benefit; continue to strengthen and expand building decoration industry, to improve Jangho’s gold-lettered signboard; develop the medical care & health industry into bigger and stronger company, and make full use of capital operation.

The meeting also held the opening ceremony of annual theme “intensive management”. Under the leadership of Jangho Group Chairman Mr. Liu Zaiwang, the top leaders of Headquarter and all subsidiary companies opened the annual theme “intensive management” Logo at the same time in Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Wuhan and Chengdu.

After the meeting came to a successful close, the Headquarter and the parallel sessions held grand new year celebrating dinner parties respectively, to share the harvest joy and new year happiness.

The “diversity & double main-business” journey has started and a brilliant future is coming. This annual meeting will inspire all staff to soar in the sky from a historical starting point in 2016.
