17 New Projects Awarded

The end of 2015 has seen exciting news coming constantly such as Sundart 's listing on Hong Kong Stock 
Exchange and seventeen new projects awarded across over Jangho's China Market. The past seventeen 
years of Jangho's development has gained achievements and glories. Though the way forward is far and full 
of challenges, Jangho will continue to journey against the streams with great momentum. (new projects 
presented in no particular order) 

 

Curtain Wall Project of Guangzhou Trendy International Plaza 

This project is located at the Sector AH040229, Zone A of Pazhou, Zhuhai District of Guangzhou City. The total 
construction area is 164,000 sqm, among which curtain wall area takes up 55000 sqm, and the project heigh 
is 195.95 meter (Project by Jangho Shenzhen Branch) 

Curtain Wall Project-Zone D of  Kexing Scientific Park of Shenzhen City 

This project contracted by Shenzhen Kexing Biotech Co. Ltd is located in middle area of Scientific Park of  Nanshan District in Shenzhen City. The package includes No.3 & 4 tower buildings with curtain wall area upto  74700 sqm and construction height of 255.8 meter. The project will integrate with other high-rise buildings in  the Scientific Park after it is completed, presenting as the largest high-rise group of  buildings in Shenzhen.

This project is located at sector M1-5 of Zhujiang New Town, which is one of the three national-level central 
business districts in China. Constructed by Guangfa Securities and designed by Architecture Design & 
Research Institute South China, this project is 308 meter high and has curtain wall area of 60000 sqm, it will 
become the attractive icon in Guangzhou City  upon completion. (Project by Jangho Shenzhen Branch) 

Curtain Wall Project -China Resources Office Building in Nanning City 

This project is located at the east of CBD, with total construction area of 287252 sqm among which the building 
construction area is 5830.54 sqm, construction heigh is 445 meter. Constructed by China Resources Land 
Limited, this project will become the highest building in the city of Nanning. (Project by Jangho Shenzhen

Curtain Wall project of Hangzhou Landmark 

 This project is located core area of Qian Jiang New Tower in Jianggan District of Hangzhou City, Zhejiang 
 Province. The package includes Phase 2 of Business Tower A in Sector B08, No.68 (2007) by Hangzhou 
 Land Reserve Center. Total construction area is 178015.16 sqm among which curtain wall area takes up

Curtain Wall Project of Shenzhen Pingan IFC South Tower 

 

Located at sector B116-0029, Futian central area of Shenzhen, this project has 290.15 meter height and 
54000 sqm curtain wall construction area. Constructed by Shenzhen Pingan IFC Development Co. Ltd, this 
project is the twin building standing next to the Shenzhen Pingan IFC North Building, and will become an

Comprehensive Development Project-Helen Road Station of Shanghai Subway Line 10 

Constructed by Financial Street Holdings (Shanghai), this project is located at the northeast of junction  betweenSiping Road and Helen Road, the curtain wall area is 57000 sqm, and construction height is 135  meter. ( Project by Shanghai Branch of Jangho Curtain Wall) 

Curtain Wall Project- Sengkang Hospital Phase II, Singapore 

This project is located at the northeast of Singapore with an area of 245000 sqm. It is composed by one 
podiumand four tower buildings. The project was developed by Singapore Ministry of Health, and designed
by DP Architects Pte Ltd. The construction height is 50.7 meter, and curtain wall area is 30120 sqm

Central Business Area of Shanghai Hongqiao, Curtain Wall project Phase I 

The project package includes Sector D 21 in No.03 North, which is located at the west of Hongqiao 
transportation hub. Constructed by Shanghai Jinchen Lianmei Real Estate Co.Ltd, the project has curtain wall 
area of 43000 sqm with systems including unitized panels, aluminum alloys, and electric shading louvers.

Curtain Wall Project -Beijing Tianzhu International Financial & Cultural Center Phase II

Located at the Shunyi International Exhibition Center, this project is constructed by AoJingYuan Real Estate 
Development Co., Ltd, and utilizes the systems of stone unitized panels and glass panels. ( Project by Beijing

Material Supply & Installation Package of Phase I & Phase II of Beijing Xingang City 

Located at Shunyi District Tianzhu Airport Economic Development Zone B, this project is constructed by Beijing 
China Aviation Oil Real Estate Co., Ltd, this project has a construction area of 181805.92sqm, among which 
curtain wall takes up 50000 sqm, including stone panels, aluminum panels. (Beijing Branch of Jangho Curtain Wall) 

Curtain Wall Project- Hanzhou European Financial District Western Area-Phase I

Located at the north of Hongwei Port, Cangqian Road, Yuhang District of Hangzhou, this project is constructed 
by Hangzhou Ougang Real Estate Co., Ltd, with curtain wall area of 47642 sqm, including glazing panels and

Curtain Wall Project for Hangzhou Linping Dong An Community 

Located at Linping Dongan Community of Hangzhou ,this project is constructed by Wanlin Real Estate Co., Ltd, 
the curtain wall area is 64729.6 sqm, including the system of glazing and stone panels. (Project by Shanghai

Section Two of Zhengzhou Longhu Financial Center Zone No.3

Located at South of Longyin Road, east of CBD of Zhengdong New Town, this project was constructed by 
Zhongjiao (Zhengzhou) Investment & Development Co., Ltd, and has a curtain wall area of 338,244.19 sqm.

Aluminum Alloy Door & Window Package -Changsha Jingjia Scientific Base Phase I 

Located at Section K-21, Xiang Jiang new district, Mei Xihu area, this project is constructed by Changsha

Curtain Wall Package Nanchang Xinli Duhui 

Located at east of Jinsha Road, Nanchang, this project was constructed by Nanchang Shuntai Real Estate, 
it is a 76000 sqm central business district that covers shopping center,  food court,  gym, kids center, and

Curtain Wall Package- Yantai Intelligence City Phase I 

Located at Yantai Hi-tech Technology Development Area, this project was constructed by Yantai Xintong  
Intelligence Development Co., Ltd. The curtain wall area is 81250 sqm, including glazing panels, stone panels and aluminum panels.
