Jangho Group Takeover Vision Eye Institute Limited-Austrilia’s Largest Provider

On July 30, 2015, Jangho Group Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) signed a Stock Purchase Agreement with Idameneo（No 123）Pty Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Idameneo”), the shareholder with largest share proportions of Vision Eye Institute Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Vision”). Jangho Curtain Wall Co., Ltd. Hongkong Branch, a subsidiary wholly-owned by the Company, accomplished the purchase of 19.99% （coverted into 35,984,135 shares which amounts to 153 million Yuan)  shares from Idameno, the shareholder with largest share proportion of Vision.

Medical & Health Care system in Australia has been considered as foremost all over the world in terms of advanced medical facilities and professional service by medical staff. Since 1991 Vision has been a leadership in laser eye surgery area in Australia, and is keeping up with the development pace in medical techniques and facilities, and in 2004 Vision was successfully listed on Australian Securities Exchange (stock code:VEI).

Vision, as the largest provider of ophthalmic care in Australia, has the most advanced medical techniques for ophthalmic diagnosis and treatment, it has 14 professional ophthalmic hospitals, 9 advanced daytime surgery centers and 6 laser eye surgery centers, providing ophthalmic nursing service and surgeries, ranging from health protection for the eyes, cornea surgery, corneal refractive surgery, cataract operations, glaucoma treatment and surgery, macular degeneration treatment, etc.

Aftter purchasing the shares from Vision, the Company shall become the sharehold with largest share proportion, which symbolizes the Company’s substantial progress in Medical & Health Industry after establishing  partnership with Beijing Enterprises Medical and Health Indusry Group Limited, the Company shall continue to accelerate the development in medical field through introductin of advanced medical management experience and techiques, and lay a solid fundation for further  development in Medical & Health field in the future.
