Jangho Curtain Wall System Engineering LLC Awarded the Highest Building in Nan S

Good News came from Shenzhen that with the joint effort, Jangho Curtain Wall has been awarded the
curtain wall and material supply package for China Resources Building as well as Art Gallery Building. The
award of the project symbolized another breakthrough in projects of high-rise building and complexity.
Located at the southwest corner, junction of Dengliang Road and Haide Road, center of Nan Shan district back sea area of Shenzhen City, the south of the project is near to Shenzhen Bay and separated by Dengliang Road, and the north is sports center of Shenzhen City. The project was invested by China Resources Shenzhen Development Company, and contracted by China Construction Third Bureau Co.,Ltd, supervised by Shanghai Engineering Construction Consultant & Supervision Co. Ltd, and with Arup Engineering Consultancy Co.,Ltd as curtain wall consultant. The project is composed by China Resource Building of 392.5 meter high and Art Gallery Building of 7.86 meter high, the shop kiosk is 7.8 meter hight.
China Resource Building will have 4 stories underground and 66 stories above the ground. The story height is 4.5 meter and total construction area will be 265040.72 sqm, amongh which curtain wall area will take up 132000 sqm, including unitized panel, metal panel, stick system curtain wall, stone panel, canopy system, balustrade with glass panel, glass bridge. The tower structure of this project will adopt “multi-columned frame structure, which is lateral force resistant, the upper building will be composite flooring system supported by steel beams.
The China Resources Building is featured for “bamboo” appearance, which will be an icon that symbolizes a new era. Standing in the center of Backsea Area, of Nanshan District, Shenzhen City, it will be planned and designed with Shenzhen Science & Technology Center, and integrate with the Sports Center, which looks like a silkworm, thus becoming the top complex commercial city with the most convenient location, having completed functions, various trades and high quality, which will be the icon of Shenzhen City.
