Jangho Group and Northeastern University Jointly Establish Jangho Architectural

 On 18th July, the ceremony of establishing Jangho Architectural College by Jangho Group and Northeastern  University was conducted in Northeastern University Student Recreation Center. The Ceremony was hosted    by  Mr. An Lihong, the General Secretary of the Party for Jangho Architectural College of Northeastern University,  attendance were: Mr. Shang Xiangdong- the Head and General Secretary of the Party of Housing and Urban&  Rural Development Department of Liaoning Province; Mr Zhu Jinghaithe Head and Secretary of Communist  Party of Environment Protection Department of Liao Ning Province, Mr. Sun Jiaxue- the Secretary of  Communist Party of Northeastern University, Ding Lieyun, the Principal of Northeastern University,  Zhang Xiaoyun Deputy Principal of Jangho Architectural College, and Mr.Liu Zaiwang, the Executive Director  of Northeast University  Board, and Head of Jangho Architectural College. 

 During the ceremony, the Deputy Principal Mr.Wang Fuli announced the establishment of college committee  and appointed An Lihong as  General Secretary of the Party of Jangho Architectural College,  Mr. Xu Changhong as  Deputy General Secretary and Ms. Zhang Xiaoyun as Deputy Principal of the College. 

 Then, Ms Zhang Xiaoyun - Deputy Principal of Jangho Architectural College addressed to all in which she  recalled and cited the glorious history of Architecture collage and made up resolution that she will devote  herself to the build-up and development of the college and made Jangho Architecture College as the top level  College in China. 

 The Head and General Secretary of Housing and Urban & Rural Development Department pointed out that  the development of Jangho Architecture College shall not go without the advantages of its entitlement to  211 Group and 985 Group University, through combining with scientific research, and setting up college  model of uniqueness, the College will gain popularity and journey to prosperity together with Northeastern  University and Liao Ning Architecture Industry. 

 Mr.Liu Zaiwang, the Chairman of Jangho Group stated that Northeastern University had been famous for  Chang Hsueh-liang and Liang Sicheng, the two previous Principals who had been famous in history,  Liu encourage the followers to consistently and build up Jangho Architecture College as leading college in  China and reach the top level of international standards, and based he looked forward to have excellent  talent to work as principal  to get on board based upon this platform and work as principal and invited  professionals in from engineering industry to give lectures regularly, and finally advocated all people to work  for rejuvenating the Architecture Department of Northeastern University. 

 Mr Ding Lieyun- Principal of Northeastern University stated that he hoped that Jangho Architecture College  would transmit the history and develop with creativity. He further suggested that in the future the college need  to enhance the cooperation with enterprises to train talents to undertake responsibilities. He wished the  talents will be the creator of architectural beauty and human history. With the care from society and endeavor  of all teachers and students, Jangho Architecture College will continue to undertake hopes of Northeastern  University, transmit history and build up glory. 

 Finally, Mr. Sun Jiaxue, Mr. Ding Lieyun, Ms. Zhang Xiaoyun and Mr Liu Zai Wang announced the successful  founding of Jangho Architecture College. After the ceremony, all attendees attended the “scientific  development forum” by Jangho Architecture College of Northeastern University. 

 The college will set up two majors for undergraduates-architectural studies and urban & rural planing,  program duration will be 5 years, the two majors also have the architecture study top level degree  authorization for postgraduate studies. The number of first batch of students will be 300, from 2013,  120 students will be recruited each year. 
 
 The establishment of Jangho Architecture College symbolizes Jangho Group, as the leadership, together  with Northeastern University opens the mode of combining manufacture, teaching and scientific research.  The cooperation between the University and the Enterprise not only undertakes a glorious tasks, but also  promotes the build-up of talent teams and turns a new page for the development of the Company.
