Systematic Construction Design

On May 28^th 2013, Beijing Jangho Curtain Wall Company Limited has changed the name to Jangho Group Company Limited ( Abbreviated as Jangho Chuang Jian). The Ceremony held in Beijing, was chaired by Mr Xu Xingli the Vice Present of Jangho Chuang Jian, and presented by Mr. Liu ZaiWang, the Chairman of Jangho Chuang Jian, Mr Qi Hongwei ,the Chief Executive Officer of Jangho Curtain Wall, Wang Jianbo the Chief Executive Officer of Gang Yuan Engineering and Decoration Company Limited (abrreviatd as Gang Yuan),   Mr. Ma Zhenyu, the Executive Director of Sundart Interior Decoration (Abbreviated as Sundart) , together with Executives and Employees of Jangho Chuangjian Bejing Head Office, the Ceremony also invited  attendees from social associations such as Mr. Yaobing, the President of China Construction Metal Structure Association, Mr. Liu Wanqi, the Vice Director of Aluminum Door & Window Association and Mr. Ma Tingqi, the President of China Engineering and Decoration Association.

On the Ceremony, Mr. Qi Hongwei, the CEO of Jangho Curtain Wall has announced that the company has changed the name to Jangho Group Company Limited after being certified by State Administration for Industry & Commerce of China. To maintain the competitiveness in curtain wall industry, Jangho Chuangjian will set up Beijing Jangho Curtain Wall System Company Limited as a new subsidiary, into which Jangho Chuang Jian will gradually transfer curtain wall business. Jangho Chuangjian shall retain the head office administrative functions in terms of investment and capital raising, at the same time actias technical center and business incubator, forming a structure of two core business in terms of curtain wall and interior decoration, and three business units Jangho Curtain Wall, Gang Yuan and Sundart at the core leadership under Jangho Chuang Jian.
 
Then, Mr. Yao Bing the President of China Construction Metal Structure Association and Mr. Ma Tinggui the President of China Engineering and Decoration Association addressed on the Ceremony, praising the Jangho’s significant contribution to China Curtain Wall Industry, and congratulated the name change as Jangho Chuang Jian. They firmly believe that Jangho operation philosophy follows with the development trend. By adherence to strategies of “standardization” “systematization”, and “globalization”, Jangho continues focusing on internal & external development and prioritizing business collaboration, and shall make more accomplishment and contribution for China engineering and decoration industry. 
 
The important speech which was made by Chairman Liu Zai Wang at the last stage during the Ceremony explained the meaning of company name changes from strategic point of view and predicated the development perspectives in the future. Chairman said: Jangho has been focusing on curtain wall business ever since the establishment of the Company in 1999, and after more than ten years development, the Company has become a leading role in global curtain wall industry. Since being listed on stock market in 2011, Jangho has insisted on the strategies of “Standardization”, “systematization”, and “globalization” and the core business gradually changed from specialization to diversification. The past year witnessed success of taking 85% shares from Sundart and actual progress of share holding on Gang Yuan, realized the successful entering into Interior domestic and overseas interior decoration market from a high standing point, and core business changes in terms of internal and external development, therefore Jangho Curtain Wall, as the name of the Company could not reflect the actual business development status. To keep up with the company development strategy, operation philosophy and business orientation, and improve corporate brand, the Company has decided to change the name to Jangho Chuang Jian. “Chuang Jian” stand for our core operation value of systematic innovation and integrated construction:  the word “Chuang” stands for “creativity or innovation”, and “Jian” refers to “construction or installation”. “systematic innovation” symbolizes technology innovation, creative design and manufacture realized through company systematic management platform. “Integrated construction” refers to foolproof installation of the finished products on site just like building toy bricks. “Chuangjian” presents ambitions on technical and management innovations of traditional business mode. After the company name changed, Jangho continues adhering to the strategies of “Standardization”, “systematization”, and “globalization” , and will be dedicated to established green construction system realized through design creativity, standardized manufacture, and foolproof site installation and persistently following its mission of improving the living environment of mankind.  
 
Chairman emphasized that Jangho Chuang Jian as an open platform and system composed by the three core units Jangho Curtain Wall, Gang Yuan Engineering and Decoration as well as Sundart, shall realized business integration, complementation, and collaboration, Jangho Chuang Jian shall keep on taking more units as long as they follow the development trend.
 
The name changes fully presented the high aspirations for Jangho’s development and the confidence for establishing the world famous brand and innovation resolution on global engineering system. After the name change, Jangho becomes clearer in development strategy and organizational structure, which contribute to fast and sustainable development of Jangho Chuangjian through business complementation and collaboration on the platform of exiting global market and standardized management.
