TRC Bank in Tianjin Yujiapu Finacial District 03-25 plot is awarded the LEED Green Building gold pre-Certificate by the Chairman and CEO of the US Green Building Council and the President of LEED.

Yu Jiapu Financial District locates on the north bank of Hai River of Tanggu District, Binhai New Area, Tianjin, which is the centre of the business area in Binhai New Area. Its east, south and west sides extend to the Hai River, and its north side extends to Xingang Road; the distance between the east and the west is about 1.2 kilometers, and the distance between the north and the south is about 2.8 kilometers. The district is peninsula shape surrounded by the curve of Haihe downstream. The planned overall area is 4.64 square kilometers, and the planned construction area is 3.86 square kilometers, and the planned overall floorage is about 9 million square meters, which will be the world-class modern finance business centre.
