Bilingual Video Conference was adopted in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Chongqing, and Oversea Offices

‘Doubling Efficiency- Beijing Jangho Curtain Wall Co. Ltd. Annual Summary Conference-2010 & Strategic Deployment Conference-2011’ was held on 29th January 2011 with the attendance of Chairman Liu Zai Wang, Senior Management Levels of Beijing Jangho Curtain Wall Co. Ltd. and Chinese & Non-Chinese employees all over the world. The conference was conducted in the way of live broadcast in both English and Chinese to make sure both Chinese and Non-Chinese employees all over the world can understand contents of the conference. New methods were adopted in the way that the conference was conducted: Synchronous video conference was adopted in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong and Chongqing; Online video was adopted in Singapore, Hong Kong, Macao, Vietnam, Malaysia, India, Canada, America, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait at the same time. The adoption of audio & video conference in China and Oversea Offices ensure employees of Jangho all over the world can participate the annual conference, witness the development of Jangho, enjoy the glory of Jangho culture and sound the battle horn of ‘Doubling Effiency-2011’ together.

The conference was themed by ‘System Upgrade-2010’ and ‘Doubling Effiency-2011’with the involvement of creativity at the same time. Achievements of the company in 2010 were summarized, and distinguished group and individuals were awarded in the meeting. At the same time, opportunities and challenges of Jangho were analyzed, and targets of the company were deployed in the inspiring conference.

Unity is strength; Forge ahead pragmatically; People is orientation; Double efficiency. The conference is divided into three chapters, which focus on performance conclusion of 2010, commendation of distinguished groups & individuals and deployment for 2011 respectively.

Jangho Chairman Liu Zai Wang delivered a very important speech. Chairman Liu reviewed and concluded achievements of the whole Jangho Group in 2010 with pride and passion. He highly appreciated contributions from excellent branch companies, department leaders and individuals, and praised those individuals and achievements from different regions and departments so elaborately that all employees were impressed and touched, which reflected Jangho’s ‘People Oriented’ theme thoroughly.

Chairman Liu said achievement of sales target for 2010 is the contribution of all employees and is the fruit of courage, diligence, effort and unity from all employees. Chairman Liu made a bow in the conference to express his thanks to all employees and expressed his congratulations to those who were awarded.

Chairman Liu said that 2010 was a year when Jangho implemented and adhered to the theme of ‘System Upgrade’ and achieved glorious accomplishments. Marketing development in China and oversea has achieved landmark breakthrough. Vigorous increase of business has fulfilled sales target set for 2010. News of awarding in newly developed market kept pouring in. International marketing arrangement was becoming more reasonable and mature. In 2011 Jangho Curtain Wall will stick to the theme of ‘Doubling Efficiency’ pragmatically, promote administrative model reformation, BPR (Business Process Reengineering) and technical innovation vigorously, increase sales efforts to forge an efficient sales team, strengthen discipline and execution construction, improve operation and coordination management in back office and optimize incentive mechanism to achieve new sales target for 2011 that is 50 percent more than the one for 2010, to accomplish all operation targets of Jangho and to usher Jangho Curtain Wall into a new chapter of stable development with unity, reformation and innovation.

After New Year greeting videos from branch offices all over the world were displayed, senior management levels showered the large ice sculptures that implied success of doubling efficiency with champagne, which brought the conference to its climax and a successful closing.
