Statement for and on behalf of Beijing Jangho Curtain Wall Co. Ltd.

To whom it may concern

It is to state that Jangho have made considerable progress from the inception of the company to the present date with the valuable assistance and support of all competent departments, the added cooperation of partners and friends from all walks of life, for this we extend our sincere appreciation.

Jangho have rapidly developed in the global curtain wall market during these recent years, and have achieved recognition and received an excellent reputation in society at large in this field of operations.

However, with the present unfavorable market, it has been noted that in some cases a minority of competitors have adopted questionable means to denigrate the prestige of Jangho, not limited to the infringement of design and to diffuse confidential business information and thereby to disturb the normal production and operation activities to gain a considered illegal advantage in the market place.

It is necessary to advise of the actions by others regarding the above are as follows:

(1). The production of documents that are both ambiguous and form a distortion of the known facts; coupled with a deprecating opinion addressed to our clients, suppliers, banks and relevant competent departments allegedly by Jangho’s employees;

(2). The production and release of rumors that are to the detriment of the company; in addition to publish such rumors on the internet in the name of Jangho’s employees and or others;

(3). To obtain by questionable or dishonest methods confidential business information.

It is founded to conclude that Jangho is an enterprise that adopts a strong sense of responsibility by legitimate, honest and orderly operations, and this despises the continued unfair competition. It is to reiterate that competitors with knowledge in curtain wall field, who produce ambiguous and considered untrue documents, disburse and propagate rumors, are both deceptive and misleading. It is essential not to pay credence to these rumors. Additionally shall boycott and condemn such actions that those competitors who have transgressed the legitimate rights of Jangho have adopted.

It is my considered opinion that I, as a lawyer representing Jangho, request that this minority of competitors should desist in further acts of unfair competition, instead, to adopt more legitimate ways of operating. Be it understood that both Jangho and I are reviewing this issue, and a course of appropriate action that may require recourse to litigation shall be considered as a legitimate means to protect the rights and benefits of Jangho.
